One Week Down

Well we are one week into our 2 month balls to the walls training. I have to say it felt real good this week. I started last Sunday with a 3 mile jog in prep for the 5k (Oh BTW: I did find a 5K to run in, it will been the middle of June) I was able to complete it in 27min 50sec. I was happy with that, I was hoping for under 30min. Then Sunday night I lifted. Monday night I lifted follwed by a 1mile jog. Tuesday woke up and ran 2miles. Wednesday woke up and ran 2 miles, and then wed. night I lifted. Thursday I woke up and ran two miles, Thur. night I lifted and then ran another 2 miles. Friday I ran 2 miles in the afternoon. For a grand total of 14Miles, and 4 nights of lifting. It felt good real good. My nutrition was good this last week, but it is something I want to work on harder this week. Last night I want to a concert, and then afterwards Keva and I want to this really neat bar called Baliey's Chocolate Bar. They have AWESOME deserts and a great bar. I ended having a glass or Port and this awesome Chocolate Deviant Thing. IT WAS AWESOME!!! Until my body freaked out on my this morning. It was not happy. Sooooooo... It was a good reminder to eat healthy. On another note, I was talking to Robert last week(or was it two weeks ago....) He was saying that he really felt like he was holding alot of water, and that he was going to try changing up his diet to see if he could shed some of it. So this week he really limited his caloric intake and watched what he ate. He really wasnt kidding. HE LOOKS AWESOME!!!! Here is a pic.

    I love the picture of The Bobby...great job. You should take one of your's and fix it to be what you ultimately want to look like. That would be really neat. Visualization is very powerful! :-)
