Life is Good....
Well I was pretty worried how I would do after getting back from Chicago. I always get derailed after something like that. You eat bad for a couple of days and it becomes a habit. I also go bad shin splints right before I left. In chicago, I didnt eat as well as I should, but I did manage to exercise 2 of the nights I was there. I got home and I had actaully lost a pound, so I was extremly happy about that. Sunday Kelty had soccer practice. For kicks I decided to try on a pair of 34 pants. They actaully fit! I also wore a shirt that I had bought 5 years ago, and it has never fit! This motivated me for sure! This week has been good, I still see huge room from improvement though. I started lifting more this week. I am doing the Baby Got Back series that Debbie suggest. I do like it, because it is something that I can do by myself. I have missed jogging this week, but I have used my dads Aerodyne to make up for it. I hope in the next week or so I will be back to jogging. I still need to get alot more protein into my diet. I also need to get back into using my Multi Vit. I will be turning 28 on the 30th and my short term goal is to be down to 215 bythen. That leaves 20lbs by the feast. I CAN DO THIS!

Woo-Hoo!! Way to go Eric! You are doing GREAT! With your determination and working your plan....you'll be looking buff by feast. :-)
