New Goals????
Well it has been close to three weeks since I last posted. Is it because I have eaten like crap and not exercising??? NOPE not a chance. I hace been busting it for 4 weeks stright now. I feel like I am seing some great results. Last week I ran 15.5 miles, I have been running close to everyday at least 2 miles some days more, and I have been lifting 5 days a week. I feel GREAT! As you can tell by my title I am contemplating new goals.... WHY? Well my orginal goal was 205, 20%BF, 34 Jeans. Well I have been in 34 Jeans for about 1 month now, I am at 19%BF for the last few weeks, and as of this morning I am 205! So I think it is time to come up with some new goals. I am really happy we still have 4 months left, and I have been able to accomplish all of this in 4 month. I think I can really make some great gains (or losses) :-) in the next 4 months. I am going to give my next goals some thought, and post them later.
