Regroup.... Refocus.... Restrategize...

Well you can tell by my title it is time to make some changes. I feel I have done well up to this point, but I can tell I am starting to loose focus. I feel I am at a point I need to recharge and reflect on what my goals are. I feel that even though I am loosing weight, that isnt good enough. I want to start making other changes not just physical changes. I feel that I am still lazy. I want to take charge and do the things I know I need to do. I need to "Go The Extra Distance" I need to do that in my spiritual life, in my home life, in my buisness life, and in my fitness life. My goal from now until I leave for the spring holy days is to NOT BE LAZY! I will turn off the TV in the evenings and study, I will clean up after myself, and do the things I know I need to do! (Like Taxes!!!!) I want to push myself in my exercising. I never realized just how fat I am. I thought for the last few years if I could just get down into the 2 teens I would be in good shape. I am now at 215 and can see just how much more I need to go. I have all the pieces, I just now need to put them in place. Being that I am a competitive person by nature, I am going to challenge Keva. This will really push me. Being that she lives with me, she will catch my every slip up.

Life is Good....

Well I was pretty worried how I would do after getting back from Chicago. I always get derailed after something like that. You eat bad for a couple of days and it becomes a habit. I also go bad shin splints right before I left. In chicago, I didnt eat as well as I should, but I did manage to exercise 2 of the nights I was there. I got home and I had actaully lost a pound, so I was extremly happy about that. Sunday Kelty had soccer practice. For kicks I decided to try on a pair of 34 pants. They actaully fit! I also wore a shirt that I had bought 5 years ago, and it has never fit! This motivated me for sure! This week has been good, I still see huge room from improvement though. I started lifting more this week. I am doing the Baby Got Back series that Debbie suggest. I do like it, because it is something that I can do by myself. I have missed jogging this week, but I have used my dads Aerodyne to make up for it. I hope in the next week or so I will be back to jogging. I still need to get alot more protein into my diet. I also need to get back into using my Multi Vit. I will be turning 28 on the 30th and my short term goal is to be down to 215 bythen. That leaves 20lbs by the feast. I CAN DO THIS!

Well Here They Are....

Well here is the before and after shots... This is about 1 month of work. In some areas I see great improvements, and other areas not as much as I would like. I am still having some problems taking decent pictures. I have a problem getting the lighting right as well. I fell pretty good. I have dropped down to 219.5 as of this morning. I havent been under 220 since Jr. year in H.S. so I am pretty happy about that. Only 20 more pounds to go before I am under 200!! I am a little worried this next week I will be in Chicago, and I have to figure out how to get my workout in and eat right. I can do it though, I just need to plan for it! Well without further adue
